30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Gesture One comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not perform on your sled, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Refund method: original payment method
  • Product condition: installed or not — we accept returns on mounted units. Include the original parts and mounting hardware if possible
  • Shipping costs: original shipping is refunded when the return is due to a defect; change-of-mind returns ship at buyer's expense

2-Year Warranty

Gesture One carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (LED, housing, RCA connector, controls). The warranty covers replacement of the defective unit. It does not cover crash damage, wiring beyond the sled's 12V system, or modifications.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Email hello@sledsbehind.com with your order number and a short description (photos help for warranty claims)
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and address
  3. Ship the unit back — refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving

Winter-Season Note

Orders placed November 1 – January 15 may be returned through January 31, so gift recipients are covered after the holidays.
